3. Service Requests and Appointments

Service requests may be submitted via phone, our website contact forms, or email. All service requests are subject to technician availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inability to verify ownership or authorization, or service requests outside our operational area. For emergency services, response times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, materials required, and conditions encountered on-site.
• We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. You will be informed of the final cost and must provide approval before work commences.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance for commercial accounts.
• We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. Commercial accounts may be eligible for invoicing with approved credit terms.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

A1 Express Locksmith stands behind the quality of our workmanship and products:

• Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee that all services are performed with professional skill and care. If an issue arises directly from our workmanship within 30 days of service, we will return and correct it at no additional charge.
• Product Warranties: Hardware and products we install are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist with warranty claims for products we supply and install.
• Limitations: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or pre-existing conditions of doors, frames, or hardware.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property during service, A1 Express Locksmith is not liable for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, locks, or surrounding structures that may be revealed or exacerbated during the course of locksmith work. This includes but is not limited to rotted door frames, brittle or aged hardware, improperly installed previous locks, or structural defects. Our technicians will inform you of any such conditions encountered and obtain your approval before proceeding.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. For commercial or large-scale projects, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover technician scheduling and preparation costs. Emergency service calls that are cancelled after a technician has been dispatched may incur a reasonable trip charge.
